What we collect

AI PropertyEye collects the minimum we need to run the service:

• Early-access waitlist: your email address and the plan you're interested in.
• Accounts: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only your subscription tier.
• Usage: anonymous page analytics (via Vercel Analytics) and the preferences you save in the app (watchlists, alerts, search criteria).

How we use it

To provide the dashboard, send the alerts and emails you ask for, and improve the product. That's it. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the processors that run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments).

Property data

The market data shown in the product is about properties, not people — sourced from Domain, HtAG Analytics and public government datasets, used under their respective licences.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies: your login session and access preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
