Keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly basis. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Market data comes from third-party sources (including Domain and HtAG Analytics) and public government datasets. We work to keep it accurate and current but can't guarantee it — availability of third-party data may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), AI PropertyEye is provided "as is" and we're not liable for decisions made in reliance on it, or for indirect or consequential loss.
